  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original tags attached.
  • After we review your go-back (generally within 72 hours), we’ll process your change order and ship it per our delivery timeline. Genuine Jacket Store is a make-to-order leather jacket manufacturer, providing you the jackets for 15 business days even if you’re based in the Australia.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer_support@genuinejacketstore.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process:

    • We will process the refund once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • After inspecting your product, which might take three business days, we will release the payment within 72 business hours.

Note: Some banks can also take longer.

Exchanges:

  • We accept product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above.
  • After processing the return, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  • This exchange policy is subject to the same 30-day return eligibility window.

  • The tag must be attached and the jacket must be as new as delivered.
  • The jacket must not have cuts or stains.
  • The exchange reason must be valid.
